Stowe Vacation Rental

Regular Rates

• Winter: $1500 per week/ $250 per night
• Summer: $1300 per week/ $235 per night
• Fall: $1300 per week/ $235 per night

Holiday Rates
(Christmas, New Years and President's Week)

• $495 per night

Rental Policy:

• Check in 3 pm, check out 10 am (although we can be flexible if there are no conflicting rentals).
• No smoking
• Well behaved approved pets always welcome
• We prefer a 3 day minimum—but call we do make exceptions.

Deposit Policy:

• A fifty percent deposit is due at the time of rental confirmation.
• The full amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• The fully refundable $500 security deposit is due two weeks prior to check in, and is refunded when the cabin is cleaned and inspected.

Refund Policy:

• If you must cancel, we will make every effort to rebook the cabin.
• If we rebook the cabin we refund the full amount less a 15% processing fee.
• If we do not rebook the room (less than 60 days prior to arrival) we regret we can not offer a refund, but we will offer a comparable stay at a non-holiday time.
• If a cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to rental, we will refund the amount less the 15% processing fee.
• We suggest on-line travel insurance, which is reasonably priced and will offer you protection in the event of a cancellation.
